Imprimir“Les parts intervinents acorden que tot litigi, discrepància, qüestió o reclamació resultants de l’execució o interpretació del present contracte o relacionats amb ell, directament o indirectament, es resoldran definitivament per mitjà d’arbitratge en el marc de la Cort d’Arbitratge d’Alacant, amb seu en la Cambra Oficial de Comerç, Indústria, Servicis i Navegació d’Alacant, a la que s’encomana l’administració de l’arbitratge i la designació dels àrbitres, d’acord amb el seu Reglament i Estatuts.”

“The parties agree that any dispute, disagreement, issue or claim resulting from the implementation and interpretation of this Contract, or related to it, directly or indirectly, including any matter regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be definitively resolved by arbitration administered by The Court Of Arbitration of Alicante, located in Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Navigation of Alicante, which is entrusted with the administration of the arbitration and the designation of the arbitrators, in accordance with its Arbitration Rules and Statutes.”
